How long does my Club Membership last?
Your Club Membership is active for 1 year from your QEEG purchase. This includes all unlimited QEEG access, discount rates, and referral benefits.
Can I refer people if I'm not a Club Member?
Anyone can refer people to Peak Brain, but only Club Members receive the referral rewards (neurofeedback credits). Your referrals will still receive excellent care and standard pricing.
How do I track my referral credits?
Contact your Peak Brain office or your neurofeedback coordinator. We track all referral credits in your program bank and will apply them when you're ready to extend or renew your training.
What counts as a successful referral?
A successful referral is when someone you refer signs up for any neurofeedback training program (2-month, 4-month, 6-month, or 12-month). QEEG-only purchases do not generate referral credits, but neurofeedback programs do.
Can I use my referral credits right away?
Referral credits cannot be used for the first month of an initial program, but they can be applied to extend your current training, add to renewals, or help you upgrade to longer programs.
