Weekly Mindfulness Groups
Sit together, in Culver City or online, every week
Practice with a group each week
Peak Brain runs weekly mindfulness meditation groups out of our Culver City office in Los Angeles. Each session is a guided sit with time for grounding, breath, and community sharing. The groups are welcoming to beginners and to seasoned practitioners, and they are free to attend.
You can join in person on Tuesday evenings or online on Sunday midday. Both groups are a simple way to keep your practice steady, meet other people who train their attention, and bring a little calm into your week.
Two ways to join
Pick the format that fits your week. Exact times shift a little week to week, so the Meetup listing always has the current schedule.

Led by Samantha Snowden
Samantha Snowden has worked with Peak Brain clients since the studio opened, and she hosts our weekly mindfulness groups in Culver City and online. She brings a warm, practical style to each sit, and she meets people wherever they are in their practice.
Samantha also offers one on one mindfulness coaching, remotely over Zoom or in person in Culver City, for anyone who wants to go deeper between groups.
Meet Samantha SnowdenWhat to expect
A guided sit
Each group is a guided meditation you can follow along with, whether this is your first sit or your thousandth.
Time to share
There is space to reflect and connect with the group, so the practice becomes a community rather than a solo effort.
Open to all
Beginners are genuinely welcome. Come as you are, sit for the session, and see how it feels.
These groups are a training and practice space for attention and presence. They are a complement to the wider practice you build over time.
